Events/Merchandise

The UNMC Strategic Communications department has various event materials available for checkout, as well as merchandise available for purchase to hand out to attendees. 

Items can be picked up in room 1040 (behind the Truhlsen Events Center), 1st floor, Michael Sorrell Building.

Event Materials

The following items are available for checkout. Please complete form at bottom of page to reserve.

Podium Banners

The podium banners are made of a vinyl approximately 20” (H) x 18” (W). By submitting this form, the college or department acknowledges responsibility for any damage incurred to the banner(s) during the check-out period. Podium is not included.

Table Cloths

Table cloths are made of fabric approximately 8’ (H) x 10.75’ (W). By submitting this form, the college or department acknowledges responsibility for any damage incurred to the table cloth(s) and storage bag(s) during the check-out period. If soiled during use, table cloth(s) will need to be dry cleaned before returning.

Table Runners

The table runners are made of fabic approximately 84” (H) x 30” (W). By submitting this form, the college or department acknowledges responsibility for any damage incurred to the table runner(s) and
storage bag(s) during the check-out period. If soiled during use, runner(s) will need to be dry cleaned before returning.

Easels

Standard floor easels are available to display large signs or posters.

Tradeshow Displays

Strategic Communications has a trade show display available for events. The assembled backdrop is approximately 89” (H) x 89” (W). The shipping container includes a cover that allows it to be used as a countertop/podium.

Bannerstands

The bannerstands are made of fabric approximately 79” (H) x 33.5” (W). By submitting this form, the college or department acknowledges responsibility for any damage incurred to the banner(s) during the check-out period. Replacement cost of the cloth material due to damage is $530/banner. Replacement cost of one metal frame due to damage is $300.

Banners B & D are currently unavailable.

Mini Bannerstands

Strategic Communications now has miniature bannerstands available that can be placed on a tabletop. They are available in 3 different sizes: A: 11” (H) x 8.5” (W), B: 17” (H) x 11” (W) and C: 31” (H) x 15” (W).

Each banner collapses into a convenient carrying size and is available with the acronym or full name logo.

Outdoor Tent

10 x 10 ft. It is stored in a hard case with wheels for easy moving. 72 hour advance reservations are required.

Parade Banner

Do you have a group representing UNMC in a parade? We have a 30″ (H) x 96″ (W) parade banner available.

 

Webinar Backdrop

Need a branded backdrop for a webinar you are hosting? We have two 48″ (H) x 36″ (W) webinar backdrops available. Each cloth backdrop has grommet holes. It is up to you to figure out how best display/hang the backdrop in your space.

Emblem Pins

7/8″ emblem pins available to wear at events. Butterfly pin and magnet options available.

For emblem pin orders over 75, please reach out to the bookstore and have a cost center ready for purchase.

Event Materials/Merchandise Order

Once your brand form is submitted, you will be contacted by Strategic Communications to review your request and find a time to pick up items. If you do not make your pickup time, there is no guarantee someone will be in the office, and you will have to work with Strat-Comm to schedule a new time. If you miss your pickup time more than once, your cost center will be charged $50 and your request will be canceled.
